Yes. It's your data, stored as simple text files. You can read, edit, and export everything anytime.
Can YOU see my data?+
No. This is a zero-access architecture. Your bot runs under its own Linux system user with file permissions that prevent anyone, including us, from reading your conversations, memory, or knowledge base. We can restart the bot process if it crashes, but we structurally cannot access what's inside it. Enterprise clients can also sign an NDA for additional legal protection.
Do I need to share sensitive information to get started?+
